Served with hot rum sauce.

Banana Indulgence
Banana ice-cream, layered between pecan sponge cake drizzled with warm caramel sauce.

Flourless Bittersweet Chocolate Cake
Served with vanilla custard.

Mississippi Mud Pie
Half cheesecake, half mousse, all chocolate.

Warm White Chocolate Cheesecake
Wrapped in filo pastry and served with raspberry coulis.
